At Covent Restaurant Group, paying tribute to our first concept restaurant South of the Clouds, est. 2017, whom the founders originated from Dali, Yunnan. "When you are high above the clouds, the limit is the sky." Hence the name Covent pronounced in Chinese: translating to 'High Clouds' 高雲.
